We're looking for a designer to join a team that takes a client from the first consultation, through measurement and visualisation, to the working drawings production builds from.

Salary range
7,500–11,500 PLN gross/month

  • Running client consultations: working out needs, the room layout and a rough budget.
  • Preparing the design and a 3D visualisation based on the measurement.
  • Working drawings for the production team, with exact dimensions and hardware choices.
  • Coordinating appliance, worktop and lighting dimensions with suppliers.
  • Staying in touch with the client during production for any small design changes.

  • Training or experience in interior or furniture design, at least two years.
  • Confident with CAD software for technical drawings and 3D visualisation.
  • Comfortable talking to clients about budget and timing without dancing around it.
  • A working knowledge of kitchen ergonomics and storage planning.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with interior architects or main contractors.
  • Familiarity with materials: veneers, laminates, stone and composites.
  • A category B driving licence, for client visits.

  • A working arrangement to suit you: employment contract or B2B.
  • Training with the material and hardware manufacturers we work with.
  • Private healthcare.
  • A say in the project from the first conversation with the client through to handover.

Part of the week is consultations and measurements, part of it is drawings and visualisations at your desk. After a consultation, you put together the layout and an initial visualisation, which you talk through with the client, usually at one follow-up meeting. Once the design is approved, you draw up the working documentation for the shop floor and stay the client's point of contact right through to fitting.
