Offices
A reception and four offices for a Wola law firm, fitted over a single weekend, with a scratch-resistant desk and lockable filing cabinets.
The brief
A law firm in Wola works Monday to Friday, sees clients every day, and couldn't afford to stop work while a new reception, private offices and filing cabinets were fitted. They also needed the reception desk to hold up to a steady flow of clients and couriers, and the filing cabinets to lock, in line with how they handle confidential documents.
Our approach
We planned the whole production run so fitting could be done in a single weekend, without touching the firm's working week. The team started Saturday morning by removing the old furniture and unloading the new units, and by Sunday evening the reception desk, the desks in four private offices and the filing cabinets were already in place, ready for Monday morning. The reception desk has a compact HPL worktop that resists scratching, and the filing cabinets lock centrally, one key for the whole row. In the offices, computer and lamp cables run through channels built into the desks, so nothing sits loose on the worktop or underneath it. From measurement to handover took nine weeks.

A thin, self-supporting board of paper layers and resin pressed under high pressure, waterproof all the way through.

A velvety, non-reflective front sprayed onto MDF, in any colour from the RAL or NCS charts.
Interiors, fittings and handles
Bar handles, knobs and edge profiles in aluminium, steel or brass. The simplest way to open a front.
The fitting had to be done over a weekend, because we see clients during the week. The team turned up on Saturday morning, and by Sunday evening everything was put together and standing where it should be.
